Anyway...I guess with the PS3 out globally, we can fairly much say that next-gen has become current gen.
What's next, then? Especially for handhelds; I am very interested to see where they might go.
Quad screen DSSSS.
I wish the DS had an analog stick so I could play Mario 64 without wanting to kill myself in anger.

That's been a bit of s strokes for folks thing- I actually seemed to to darn well there. Then again, I can't play Hunters for long without my hand becoming arthiritic. So I guess widening accessibility is good.
How sure are people that Nintendo will stick with the dual screen thing? It's wprkerd well, of course- better than I think they thought it would.
Two touch screens worth it?
Screens that can be touched in more than one place at once worth it?

Meanwhile, what will Sony do with PSP2?
I'm gonna thow this out there as an off-the wall topic, but have you guy noticed that the release times of these 3 games have been EXACTLY the same (more or less).
Fall 2001:
-Grand theft auto 3
-Metal gear solid 2
-Halo
Fall 2004:
-Grand theft auto San andreas
-Metal gear solid 3
-Halo 2
Fall 2007
-Grand theft auto 4
-Metal gear Solid 4
-Halo 3
Its almost like they plan this or something
They do plan the release of games. Usually between September and February is a good time to release a game.
You may have noticed that there isn't that many high ranked games released during the summer.
I know for a fact that Nintendo delayed that 1080 Snowboarding(either for the N64 or Gamecube can't remember) game because they didn't want it released during the summer.

My hand cramps up a bit after I play using the stylus for too long...then again, my left hand usually rebels and cramps up into a ball of pain after using the nunchuk controller for the Wii, but I think that might just be because I've only ever played one for a couple of hours.

Yes, it's called the holiday season. Always the best time to release new stuff.
