Even with the Wii, the lack of support from 3rd parties is still pretty weak.
Granted, the Wii just came out but still, it doesnt have alot going for it right now in terms of 3rd party.
I just hope the 3rd party games that are rumoured to be in the making for the Wii are not just crappy party games but actually good software. I love my Wii, and my Nintendo games, but I dont see alot of games coming my way that I really want to play. Metriod Prime 3 looks great, but going from the previous ones, I dont play it alot. Super Mario Galaxy will be fun, but I never really liked Super Smash Bros.

ssb is easily the best game series ive ever played..i cant imagine anyone not liking it...no offense..
also, every game that i have played so far (that has been ported onto the wii) has been better. mortal mombat - armageddon on the wii beats the crap out of and fatalities all other versions. same goes with POP - rival swords and resident evil 4..
anyways, what kinda games do you like??

I agree. I don't have a Wii but I want one. The only reason I am not getting one this holiday is because the 360 is getting too many games. Also I am worried about the Wii and it's 3rd party support. I mean...the Wiimote is awesome and I love the innovation but I fear 3rd party support won't live up to the endless possibilities of the Wii. IMO Nintendo needs to release a lot of games that will open developer's minds to the infinite possibilities. Case in point...Imagine Hideo Kojima with the Wiimote. *drool*

I dont like SSB because well, I dont play alot of videogames with people so the whole idea of the game is kinda of lost on me. It's fun for the first day but after that first day, it gets old really fast. Just like MarioParty.
I disagree with you. Your talking about MK as its the best in the franchise. It's still MK, it still is boring now. POP Rival Swords, I havnt played the Wii version, so I cant really comment, but going from the gamrankings.com, only 7 games are above the 80%.
I like good games. Mostly RTS, FPS, sports and pretty much anything action, and Mario (more importantly, SMB3). I'm all over the board. If its good, then I will play. (unless its an Japenese RPG).
