Once they sell all the 40GB and 60GB all they will sell is the 80GB. The 360 and Wii are still better choices since they are cheaper and have better games. What does the PS3 have yet? Nothing. What does the 360 have? Gears of War, BioShock, Halo 3, and Dead or Alive 4. What does the Wii have? Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, the Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, Sonic & the Secret Rings, and come next month Super Mario Galaxy.
All systems have a great game expect PS3.

60GB has been discontinued. That's why the 80GB model exists.

Still three or four versions more than is necessary.
Yeah, I know, lets have an 20GB and a 80GB for the PS3.
I like MS deal. Have one without the harddrive for people who just want to play games and use a save cartridge, or the 20GB harddrive for people who like to DL games demo off the net.
And then have the Elite for people who really want the extra space for media.
Why does the PS3 have 3 seperate HD sizes. Whats the big difference between the 40GB and the 80GB.

80GB does backwards compatability, though it's limited (software updates).
40GB will have absolutely no capability for it at all.
We've been warning people against the 40GB one and recommending they get the 60GB one while they still can.

So I played a Wii for the first time on Thursday. Thought I looked like an idiot waving the remote around. Then I remembered you're supposed to haermm, and I won Tennis. 13And so now I want a Wii, probably for Christmas.
