I know most of you people are XBox360 lovers, but have any of you tried Haze, and if so, what did you think of it?

Never played it, never cared about it, and the Zero Punctuation review made it sound pretty ****ing bad.

You do realize that reviewers are pretty ****ing stupid. You need to try it for yourself. Don't listen to retarded reviewers.

I haven't bothered because it's not even the sort of game I like, but I haven't heard a single good thing about it.

You need to play it for yourself. I haven't beaten it yet, but it is really good. You need to ry it yourself. By the way, don't listen to reviewers. They are incredibly stupid.

But I don't like FPS in the first place, and hardly want to play a less-well-done rip-off of over-hyped FPSes I'm already not playing?

Why would I want to play it? I don't like FPSs. I can count on one hand the number I've liked and still have fingers left.

And the "I haven't heard a single good thing about it" has come from people I know who have played the game, whose opinions I trust.

If you don't like FPS's, then you don't play it.

You can't even trust people you know, even your best friends. Even if they hate the game, you could play it and love the game. Your making stupid mistakes if you are going by other people's dissisions and not your own dissisions, which is incredibly stupid.

You're missing out on tons of games then.

Don't play it then if you don't like FPS's, but you will never know, because you have never played it, and you also listen to other people. You can't declare that a game sucks if you have never played it.

You are also missing out on a ton of games.

I think I'm fine in not wasting my time playing games that have absolutely no appeal to me whatsoever (as I have played many in the genre and liked very, very few). And I think I will decide if I trust the opinions of many people with very varied taste in games.

Also, it's "decisions".

Well, if listening to other people makes me stupid, why should I listen to you?

Huh. Guess I'll be smarter, trust my own judgment of not caring in the slightest, and ignore your proselytizing.

Also, I play pretty much every game I'm interested in at some point, so there is that.

You are then making 2 GIAGANTIC MISTAKES then:

1. Not liking FPS's (but that isn't a giagantic mistakes, because I don't like certain RPG games).
2. Listening to other people's decisions, and not following your own, which is kind of stupid.

Typing too fast, don't have time to go back and look for spelling errors.

I don't think that not liking a certain genre of video games which I find is very boring to be stupid at all.

Nor do I think it's stupid to take into account the opinions of other people who DO like those sorts of games and STILL say it's horrid so I don't have to waste my time on it. Granted, it'd only be five hours wasted, as it's a ridiculously short game (even the one person I know who did like it said so), but that's time I'd rather spend playing something I actually would like.

And you keep saying we shouldn't listen to other people, so why on earth should anyone listen to you?

Listening to other people saying a game sucks and believing that the game sucks just because others hate it makes you stupid.

Fine, it's your mistake, and not mine.

But I know you won't get to Haze because you listen to others, but it is your mistake.

Ooh, are you objectively calling me, personally, stupid, an offense that is easily worth a warning?

Not a mistake.

I won't get Haze because I dislike FPS games out of personal experience. If I couldn't be bothered to finish Halo, I'm hardly going to care about even trying to start a rip-off that isn't even trying as hard.

Never said it was, did I.

Not trying a game for yourself is stupid, just because others hate it. You will never understand.

You don't need to, but you listening to others say a game sucks is pretty ****ing stupid, and not smart at all. It is like me saying I don't like Halo 3, Gears of War, or any other game without trying it, but you still will never know without trying it.

If saying that your stupid is all that takes you to get me a warning, dang sorry.

Yeah it is, but you will never learn.

I don't care if you don't like Haze, but try it first.

What if I simply don't care enough about the game to want to find out if I'll like it or not?

Of FPSs I've played, I've liked precisely two - Goldeneye and Call of Duty 4. Maybe Bioshock, if you count that as a shooter (I don't). I've played dozens of them. Between that, and the fact that I know literally dozens of people who've played this game who all said it was trash, I have made the decision that it is not worth the time.

Sorry, kid, but I'll trust the opinion of a whole lot of people who 1) like that genre and 2) know what I like and recommended to not play the game over one single kid on the internet.

I don't have to try a poorly-done knock-off of a game I didn't like to know that there's a 99% chance that I will not like it.

Flaming can get you a warning, yes. Also, it's "you're stupid."

No, it isn't. It's a personal decision, based on personal judgment of personal experiences. Which I very highly doubt you would have any knowledge of.

Why should I try it, when doing so would waste my valuable time and money?

Haze sucked donkey cock. End of story.

I'm not agreeing with Wil7, nor with Haze being any good, but:

Do you realize most of the time anyone that has bashed a game in here hasn't even seen the start-up screen of such game?

No personal experience there...

There will always be people who like something most hate, that's also personal decision...

I don't care if you don't agree with me S_D_J, but you have to at least try the game before bashing on a game. You can't just bash on it just because other people didn't like it. All of my friends at gamestop didn't really care for it because they didn't understand the story, but I understood it. They said the gameplay was good, but they didn't get the story. Maybe if you understood the story better, you would have liked it, but you guys will never play.

And GK, if you don't like the game, do the same thing I do when I don't like a game, RETURN IT.

Better idea....just rent the game before buying.

I played the demo for Haze, it did seem every bit as horrible as people said.
