Sony is NOT giving off the right impression here and it's going to cost them.

I really hate to get on Sony's case...but really it's just too much. These guys need to realize that they're just video game console...nothing more. Their attitude and behaviour is just silly.

Yep. They're kicking themselves in the ass by going down this road. People don't want a new computer with the PS3, they don't want something that will play movies, no one is buying it for that. They want to play games.

Plus obviously it will never take the place of a PC.

I completely agree with Harris.

The PS3 will take the place of PC's all around the world.

The words: Computer, Laptop, PC, etc. will have no use in our future world PS3's.

ok listen up peeps... i'm wanting some advice. do i buy a 360? i can get a combo box of the premium system, with king kong(which WILL be traded), call of duty 2 and project gotham racing. think i should go for it?
bear in mind i disliked the original xbox, but i fancy a change and cant wait for the wii.

Because of the good games coming out for the 360 this year I'd say get one.

Now me personally. I wouldn't get the combo b/c none of those games appeal to my taste, but if you like them go for it. But if you want a 360 you should definitely get one for the games coming out later this year.

I hate the first Xbox also and never planned on getting it or the 360 but b/c of the games coming out for it I've done what I thought was the impossible and am now getting a Xbox 360.

I'm not getting a 360. It came out too soon.

Don't get the 360 just because you think you have to replace PS3 with the 360. What i'm going to do is just get the Wii and use the rest of the money i was gonna use for the PS3 to get more games for the Wii or upgrade my PC or whatever. 360 just doesn't have any good games right now, maybe when the price drops $100 dollars and gets some decent games then maybe.
