The irony is, people are buying it for just those reasons, nowadays.

I've heard so many people say PS3 will be good because of all this shit it can do, but nobody has bothered to highlight the games.

Same with PS2. "It can do this, this, this, this, and this. Cube can't." So? Cube plays games, that's why I bought it.

I have the 360 already and its alright but what Im waiting for is the Wii. It looks so much fun, free online, Internet Browser and can download all sega and nintendo games from the past.

the new test drive looks good for teh 360, you basically drive around hawaii! i think teh games for thbe ps3 are going to be stunning, metal gear solid and killzone two of particular note. the ps2's games were much better simply for choice. the cube was a great machine but it didnt have enough support. my friend bought one and hes so bored with it through a lack of games. though i'm trying to get him to buy battalion wars😄

Metal Gear Solid 4 does look good, and it has a good track record, so Im thinking its going to be good.

But Killzone 2, the first one wasnt spetacular and it's pretty much a given that the trailer is not nearly as accurate as the gameplay will be.
Also, WD, nba 2k6 problems are not because of overheating, but very bad business. Every 360's 2k sports game has the same problem. It shouldnt of been released.

I warned ya Darth, hopefully where you get it, they allow to take it back because EB Games, I barely took my back, and only because I literally spent alot of money there. Or that its a wierd copy and it does work, but your going to get annoyed when you play two franchise games, and you try to scout a player, and the game freezes on the menu, and you forgot to save.

Tomorrow (6-6-06) Mircrosoft will release a huge Dashboard for 360 update, containing 125 changes/additions.

well if i do get problems i'll just take it back. shops over here are generally really good, especially gamestation. plus i'll be trading in king kong for it as its part of a package deal. and to play nba online will be awesome😄 so its money well traded(!) whatever case. cheers for the warning tho smasandian, i'll be a lot more careful for it! maybe they'll have released a download to update it and make it more reliable?

I just got on XBOX Live, and I didnt see any updates. I might be looking at the wrong place, but I also read that the roster updates for other 2k games made the game even more crappy bug wise.

No problem about the warning. I flipped out when I was playing an franchise game and all those glorious stats I got were all erased, and I personally dont want somebody else having the same problem.

I heared you can fix the problem by reformatting the drive, but way in hell that I'm doing that.

If you do get Live, download Lost Planet E3 demo. Trust me, you'll see way you picked up the 360.

It helps make makes the marketplace easier, and the startup to dashboard feature is a godsend. 😛

And the DVD Bookmarking is great too.

Then the ability to fast forward and rewind downloaded videos is a welcome addition.

haha it would... but its who i'd play as! we gotta be doing that one day though. be good to play against people! no-one by me is into ball or playing it unless its nba street(theres a game i'd wanna play online)

I thought the demo was great.

Yeah, it was a pretty damn good demo.

Graphics are awesome though, and the gameplay is a mix of alots of stuff.
