There's this guy running for president under some obscure third party who's political slogan is "I believe marriage should be between a man and a woman and a woman and a woman and a woman."

lol for some reason that made me remember that april fool's day joke when a radio station said that Reagan was running for president again and his campaign slogan was "I didn't do anything wrong and if I did, I won't do it again." ๐
The dead President Reagan?....I see....
Hey guys...I just wanted to pop in to say that Conference was just so good! I loved it. There were some very powerful talks given. I've been so totally caught up in the spirit for the past few days...I'm even writing an English essay about the church.
I just wanted to share. Can't wait for the Ensign to come out!
Wow, it's been way too long since I've been here.
I know! conference rocked my socks! I heard the preisthood session was funny, Elder Monson especially.
Which talk was your favorite? I loved the one where Elder Faust shared conversion stories, and where the presiding bishop talked about humanitarian work! Oh, and the 70 who talked about creating a zion where ever you are. That was cool, the people from the 70's gave great talks this time. Can't forget Wirthlin's either, about everyone's potential, and that we all have a spark of greatness in us.
I went to see Joseph Smith, Prophet of the Restoration with my family again today! I love it, the actor plays the perfect Joseph, and they have some really touching scenes. You have to see it when you come down here Kella!
I watched both Saturday and Sunday. I think Elder Eyring(sp?) had a really amazing talk. Heck if I can remember it at the moment. All the talks are kinda jumbled in my brain right now. I've had a very long day.
I wrote down notes from every speaker...so I'll have to go read back to tell you what I liked the most. There were some really inspirational quotes thrown out there. I think this stuff will come to great use later in my life...if not now.
I really am wiped out. I got up at 8am and went to WalMart (which was super crowded...of course) and bought a TON of gardening stuff (top soil, cement garden liners, shrubs, flowers, frog and turtle statues, etc.)
I got home and dug up this patch of empty ground and lined the garden with the cement bricks, put a layer of topsoil, and started planting my flowerbed. Sadly, all the flowers were silk...none were real. Something is wrong with the soil in front of the house...nothing will grow there, at all.
So I made a fake flower bed, but it looks way cute I think. Then I took Kayla (my 8-year old cousin) to the movies to see She's The Man. Then we went to the zoo for the rest of the afternoon. Then after the zoo we got some crawfish for supper and came home and ate while we watched King Kong. She passed out at the very end of the movie...and honestly...so did I. I am so wiped out. Dang it...I forgot to get stockings at the store. grr.
Yeah so this is my life...
