Yes. It's in comics. After many eons in outer space, he came back to our Solar System, to Earth for a while then went inside our sun for 15,000 years and came out gold casted. He brings planet Krypton back and all Kryptonians with it including his family and Jor El, his father, told him he was proud of him. He even brought his wife Lois Lane back to life too.

Can Goku sleep in the Sun for 25 millennium, heck no, he'd melt in a second, multiple millions of miles away from the sun while flying it towards it. Everyone from Namek to Earth would cry when he dies, haha,
while Superman rests peacefully inside the middle of the Suns core gaining limitless energy.

Superman Forever.

Superman's so popular, he may have been referenced or given a nod to in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, when Boba Fett kinda imitated him in the battle over the Pit of Carkoon in the scene where he came out Jabba's sail's barge and went airborne.

He took one confident step forward, raised an fist and an arm in the air and took off flying as if he were Superman.

Goku doesnt even need to be physically stronger.

Hes just more powerful and a far better figther. What Supes has that he doesnt its maybe a higher physical level of strenght.

Batman badly beat Superman in a fight....

Can't fathom it unless Wayne used Kryptonite. There's no way a human being such as Batman can beat an alien being as powerful as Superman who moves at light speed hits harder than anything on Earth, is able to harness the power of the Sun in the form of heat vision and can fly.

I'd kinda hard to swallow if it were to happen.

There was this one comic I had where Poison Ivy had Supes under a spell and he went crazy on Batman but Wayne miraculously had Kryptonite at the end.

My sentiments exactly. Using (synthetic) Kryptonite "don't know how since only the genuine Kryptonian chunks effects him" but besides that, we know very well that a special hi-tech suit and a sonic gun would be a burden for Batman in a battle against the Man of Steel, surely.

Don't matter batman is only human and he took superman out. don't matter how he did , he did it.

THIS, everyone, is coming from a guy who says that Superman can't be beat and that he could defeat God. But, after I proved that Supes could be beaten (and WAS beaten) I never saw a rebuttle..

EDIT: After reading the rest of this page, I must say that I also agree with Darth Ravenous on the fact that Batman beats Supes. Doesn't matter how. He just beat him. And I'd hate to see what would happen if FOTN got his hands on the job of writing a Superman arc..

Batman even being called a "superhero" makes no real sense. Hes not "Super" at all. Hes a normal man in a suit who hides behind little gadgets he buys/ makes with all his money that he didnt even make himself, he inherited it all from his parents. lol

Calling Batman a "Superhero" makes as much sense as calling Lex luthor a "Supervillain". Batman is the ultimate "hero" maybe. But he lack the actual 'superness' to be even considered a superhero, let alone the ultimate superhero.

He still kicked Supes ass many a day. You can't deny that. Please tell me you recognize this fact and you're not one of those people who say that Superman is invincible *coughFOTNcough* and can beat God.

Hell no. Superman isnt a god. IF you would browse this board you'd realise I constantly get into arguments with people who are uber-Supes-Fanboys. I like Superman, hes my favorite character. But there are people who would beat him.

Batman HAS beaten Supes before. But really, he shouldn't.

I saw a scan a while back of Bruce saying "Clark could crush me with his super speed if he wanted" or something like that. And the fact is, without the Kryptonite ring, Batman could do nothing to beat Clark, its completely illogical to say that he could. This is why most people refer to Batman cynically as "Bat-God" because he does things that no human could logically do. Superman can survive planet destructions, Batman cant destroy planets last I could remember. lol

If the characters were written logically (and Bruce didnt have the K-Ring) then the fight would be.

*Bats is punched so hard that it kills him instantly.* (he is a human after all, and Supes can lift planetoids lol) And Bats would have never even seen Clark move. Clark, by all logical means, could kill Bruce without Bruce even seeing anything.

To say that anything else could happen is just dumb. Superman could kill Batman with one hit if he felt like it. At least, he SHOULD be able to. But there is a reason why Batman is "Bat-God" I suppose...lol

Supes holds back. You know this, the entire universe knows this. It's his weakness (not literal weakness, but yeah). I agree that Clark could kill Bats if he wanted to. But he doesn't want to. He doesn't have the 'killer instinct' if you will. That's why he's weak in a sense.
