EDIT: After reading the rest of this page, I must say that I also agree with Darth Ravenous on the fact that Batman beats Supes. Doesn't matter how. He just beat him. And I'd hate to see what would happen if FOTN got his hands on the job of writing a Superman arc..

First off, I don't really remember of any recent debate with you one this topic, not saying it didn't happen but before you make a claim such as "you never saw a rebuttal" which is questionable cause i never back down, ever, then your assumption is an empty and foul one.

You're an anti-Supes anyway, there is no discussing with your kind. Superman doesn't have the killer instinct? haha, the funniest thing I heard today before breakfast. The instinct is in him, he chooses not to kill. He always comes close to it though. I remember he was gonna finish off Darkseid right then and there after a vicious fight. And we're not talking about a second rate villain here, we're talking about frikken Darkseid. Superman lost his mind. Batman tried to stop him and he flung Bats into a wall nearly knocking Bats out. But Batman had a teleportation device on him and got him and supes outta the place before it blew up with Darkseid in it. Supes was pissed and Bats. And you say he hasn't a killer instinct?

And I'd gladly accept a job as a DC comics writer for Superman in a heartbeat. These writers suck now. I wouldn't be biased. I believe Supes can get scratched up in a fight. IMO, I'd make the comic successful again, honestly.

But if you want you can summon the post where you claim you told me these things.

I'm not anti-Supes. I'm 'anti-Supes-fanboys-who-make-him-invincible'. ie: YOU. This was in the Superman Returns is going to make billions worldwide thread. I offered proof that Supes got knocked out and you never EVER posted in that thread again.

First of, I said it's gonna make a "billion" dollars worldwide. Not billions. A huge difference my very upset friend. 2ndly, I'm not a fanboy. I don't eat, sleep and drink Superman. A I said, I know Supes would get scratched up in a fight. A fanboy would not believe this. It's just I just happen to know that, to me, and a billion+ other people on the planet, he's the Ultimate Superhero.

Superman is nothing more than a kryptonian who came to earth and b/c of the yellow sun he is strong. BIG DEAL! He isn't a true warrior, but he's really cool and I can't wait for the movie.

I didn't say he wasn't so strong. I said he wasn't so strong that he can't be beaten. Try to actually READ a post before you try to flame it.

Batman sure as hell isn't the Ultimate superhero. Superman is. Wikipedia has a WHOLE PAGE on how he has affected today's society.

I believe Superman is the Ultimate Superhero and you seem to have a problem with that and that's fine. That the problem is not mine, is all that matters. Defame his character all you want, you're still in the minority in this thread because most of the posters on here have spoken. Superman is the Ultimate SuperHero.

I agree with this completely. I think Superman IS the ultimate Superhero, but that dose not necessarily mean that he cant be beaten, ever. He has been beaten, and IMO needs to be beaten more often otherwise it just gets boring.

Listen, ultimately, he defeats his enemies. All of them. And that's part of what makes him ultimate among other things. Not boring. Why would you be interested in a frikken loser. How fake or uninteresting would his stories be if he always lost..

Ok. If you want to go by that then Superman is the only superhero in comics that has the lowest amount of enemies, number-wise, that can defeat him. Can we agree on that The Anomaly, GodOfAll and Drache53? We're able to meet at a common interface with this if we're in concordance because I might be able to see logic in that Supes concept i just wrote, if anything.

What I think is dumb is Batman just happened to be in the town with all the psychotic butchering human psychos but Supes was in Metropolis with super dooper freaks who dont butcher or eat people or wear their skin as shirts or any crap like that...
