Why would J.K. Rowling put Hermione and Harry together?
for one thing...they're friends! J.K. Rowling wouldn't do that! all this talk about 'they're so cute together, they should go out' thing-nonsense. plus the main thing about this book is its fiction and action packed and full of suspense. yes, she does give the romance of people kissing and all that but harry and hermione...NO WAY!!!! anyone else??

Yeah, they're friends but so are Ron and Hermoine and for the past 6 books, R/HR have done nothing but *****, argue, and insult each other. They don't match, they have nothing in common, and they never get along so it's impossible for me to believe that they will be a couple. If JK Rowling wanted me to believe that these 2 were going to hook up, she should've: 1) put a stop to their sibling rivalry in either GOF or OOTP, 2) not allow the moviemakers to apply anything in the movies that made it seem like there is a possibility for Harry and Hermoine to be more than friends like its displayed in your picture, 3) JK shouldn't have put anything in her books that imply that H/Hr would hook up, and 4) She would never allow anyone like me to continue believing that H/Hr will hook up since she thinks that we're delusional.
Only book 7 will decide which 'ship will happen.

Jesus Christ. JK Rowling didn't do ANY of those things. The H/Hr shippers were gropping for crumbs of things that simply didn't exist.
There was as much evidence of Harry and Hermoine hooking up as Harry and Draco Malfoy hooking up. 🙄
I wasn't referring to you I was referring to the other guy. H/Hr won't hook up. Period. Even the actor who plays Harry Potter said he had a crush early on for Emma Watson but after years of FRIENDSHIP he said a relationship wasn't going to happen because it felt "a bit incestous" (MSN Entertainment News)
