that's different.
the first shooter after he shot, provocted the second shooter. if the first shooter didn't shoot, then the second shooter wouldn't have either, that's what I'm basing this whole thing on

there's the difference, scoob shoots first, then you shoot back. you both didn't ask at the same time, in which case then i would also hae this discussion with scoob. whose worse? the second shooter, because he hit someone. both are at fault, but second actually hit his target, making it a bit worse.
