yes, obviously. what's your point? the killer would be at fault, but if he is truly a killer, then he might have done this before, which would make him more at fault, because this isn't the first time.

what i don't know -- do most think jin's shield tactic is viable? how does jinzin plan on getting through the doc's shield that was in such debate against khell? you've really posted a lot on how you plan to avoid being sliced/shocked/shot, but i've not read a lot on just how you plan to actually attack shock assuming your defenses will stand up. and maybe digi could clear up the grey area of this magnetic attack lp's so hip on. IS it viable, digi?

HEY! I didn't get vote solicitations either! Maybe it's cuz we actually know what we're talking about, so influencing us would take more effort than, "Hey, I'm cool, go to this link and say 'I vote Jinzin!'"... Or everyone just hates us. We should each find a corner to cry in. And then we should each write a song about our experiences with crying in corners. Think, leo. We could be EMO!!!
Anyhoo, as to the actual questions...
I don't see why Venom/Taskmaster shouldn't be able to pull a web shield together. It's not especially rocket science-esque.
I STILL have no idea how strong Lady Ock's shield really is. It's taken some hits, but Scarlet Spider did KO her by launching her through a wall. Venom>SS, physically speaking. (or at least that's my logic...)
I thought he was attacking with symbiote tenticles. He uses enough of them to grab Ock's tenticles, and try the "short circuit Electro" thing, or he just goes for the face.
And as to magnetising adamantium... I'm pretty sure that if manipulating an energy shield counts as tk, taking control of another person's body and flinging him around is too. The rule pretty much was that if you want the other guy to go flying, it's gotta be done by a blast or your fists.
Oh, and I definitely love how this degenerated from a tourney fight into "jin and twister vs. stormfront: Who's a bigger *******, Scoob for cheating first, or Jinzin, for winning by cheating?" It's an epic battle of morality. I say we cook and eat both, then get on with our lives.
