I think rape would be inherently wrong because the opposite party wouldn't want to be raped and if they wanted to it wouldn't be rape.
As for WHY wrong is wrong, I think it goes back to either the opposite party not wanting the action to take place or what society has determined.
I'm sure many have heard how it's wrong to stomp on ants but is it wrong to vacuum fleas out of your carpet? I guess the difference would be the ants were minding their business and the fleas are pests and could spread disease. Self defense!

Of course the conclusion is going to be literal. Asking ''Why is Rape wrong?'' is cutting down on all the first 5 pages of bullshit of people trying to figure out what exactly the thread starter tried to say.

The fact that he asked why rape was wrong at the bottom of the first page sort of refutes your claim that there was 5 pages of bullshit. Just rolling that out there.

For the record, all altering the title to 'Why is...' serves to do is narrow possible replies, and remind the slow on the uptake that when you reply, you're usually stood in good stead by providing a reason for your answer.
As Lana has pointed out with increasing frustration, the title is representative of the thread.
Although, to be fair, I was personally annoyed when The Never-Ending Story finished.
