thats what batman is, or that was bob kanes original idea for batman, because nobody who dresses up like a bat at night beating up criminals is normal, you know. if you think thats normal, and that he wont kill anyone in the process, i guess you dont know batman then. batman is insane and if you dont agree somewhat then you REALLY dont know batman.

Well... I agree with certain aspects of what you're saying... yes Batman is not all there, I mean he does have serious issues thanks to witnessing the murder of his parents and the adding of everything that happens once he is Batman (death of friends, loved ones etc.)... he is not totally sane, anyone can see that (then again who really is completely sane?).... but I don't believe he would kill anyone on purpose, even in full rage I think he has enough restraint and, well, loathing of murder due to his past to allow himself to kill... only pure accident would be the motive behind his killing.
