And fighting them regularly would cause them to be what?

sporadically recurring villain... they have to be the bad guy of one specific character a lot more often than anyone else to be considered a rogue

Wolverine stands a decent chance against magneto now? Great, I've seen it all.

ummm no 😕... but i understand how your use of "logic" would lead you to that conclusion... doh

Oh so a character acan only be the rogue of one other character. 🙄 That's an asstarded rule.

Why are you bothering? This seems to be over their heads for some reason.

Magneto is Wolverine's rogue?

Then Loki is Cap's rogue. Dormammu is Namor and Surfer's rogue.

Hey if strawmanning and invalidating your poiont thusly makes you feel better, than by all means exagerate the point. 🙂

Of course it loses all validity when you do that. 😉

Who said anything about exclusively?

They aren't wolverine villans, period. Not HIS villans.

Incidentally, you could consider Dr. Doom a foe of Spider Man.

Which pretty much clinches this thread. =O

magneto would own doom

Guess you don't read their comics do you?

Wolverine and Hulk fight all the time . . .

Hulk fights EVERYONE though. Seriously, Namor would be a rogue to all of Marvel Earth, for the number of times he's declared war on it... Anti Moniter would be a rogue of the entire DC Multiverse...

When I went on about personal, I meant kind of what Scoob said. If someone is to be considered a rogue of one character or another, he has to be mainly their enemy. Wolverine will fight Mags, but if Xavier tells him not to, Wolv will back down. Mags belongs to Xavier. Would he fight if someone told him not to fight Sabretooth? Much more likely that he would go against a stand down command where Sabes is concerned, as opposed to Magneto.

Kingpin is a rare exception to the "one person" rule, because Daredevil and Spiderman are pretty equally committed to him. He used to be mainly Spiderman's, and then moved on to being mainly Daredevil's. Rogues usually belong to one person pretty clearly.

With the frequency ar which those two go at it?

Strawmanning.

So a character can only be a rouge of one other character?

Not always,

Yeah that asstarded

"I'm sorry I can';t be your rogue someone else has dibbs on me,"

cop-out.

He'd leave. 😄 Like he did, ewhen he was told not to, nearly cost thenm Psylocke. 😆

You mean like walking up and giving a pseech about doing what needs nto be done and then sucker punching someone he thought was Magneto?

Oh, so there IS an asstarded "one person" rule. 🙄

Yup, copout. That's an asstarded rule and quite a foolish and illogical veiw to hopld on to.

"I'm sorry I can't be your rogue because someone else already has dibs on me."
