(That's why I didn't try for Senator or other thinky-style characters.)
"Alright flyboy, I'll try that." Kyle switches back to the Freighter Captain. "Ok, here's what I can do. We don't quite have room for all of the weapons you brought on our ships, so we were going to leave the rest stashed on the moon for later. Well, since we don't know if there will even be a later, why don't you keep the left over balance of weapons. We can squeeze in all but half of what one of your ships carries. You can sell them elsewhere, and keep the credits for yourselves. That will be all profit, since these weapons are already paid for.
Oh, and who are you working for? Must pay pretty well to get you to protect their interests like this. I might need another job real soon..."
Sasha can assign Captain Ranad to the Jungle crew. I assume Scarlet and Rhys will handle that as well.
"As long as I can choose what weapons I can take from my shipment, then I will accept this current deal," Sasha says, ignoring the laughter. "The sniper rifles and explosives would be most useful to me."

I'll give Kyle a Savoir-Faire roll to not say all of that, which he passes. Cass is right, don't let him think he's doing you a favour. This guy is playing hardball with you, play the same back- make him think he is screwing you, him not knowing you could only take two ship's worth anyway.
This is why you hate the Hutts, Kyle. But... they pay well, and a Man can't always be too choosy in this Galaxy when he needs his next meal.

"Two and a half is too much," he says, "I'll give you half my shipment."
"Fine. I'll call in the other ships now. Then I'll scan my record for a nearby buyer for you. I'm sure I know one in the Hutt system, let me know who you're running for so I don't pick that one. It would be awkward, huh?" Kyle shuts off his mic and sighs. "Not the pinnacle of negotiating skill, there. Go ahead and call the rest of the ships, where we switch doesn't matter."
(Kyle will actually search his records for a suitable buyer, he's pretty much done screwing around with the guy.)
Hey we got exactly as much as we can handle...
I'm exceptionally happy... We might have a chance, assuming that the Imps screwed up too.
Here's what Ush told me. In the final battle, the amount of weapons we have will show how long we can fight, and time is against the imps. We were playing for 12 points of weapons, we lost 2 due to spreading out and Imp seizures..
And now we lost 2 simply because we couldn't carry them all.
so we've got 8 points of weaponry, and if the Imps messed up twice or whatever, I think we should be on good grounds...
"Hey Flyboy. How we getting this stuff home? They'll probably be waiting for us. I was thinking that we might plot a course that brings us out of hyperspace a little closer to the planet than is normally prudent. If we can split the difference between two or three SD, we might be able to burn through almost as easily as we got out."
