I had a question regarding ion cannons, as well. If we could manage to obtain them, would it be useful against AT-ATs?

Galahad can answer that one! You'd need very large emplaced ones, and as far as you know the Osokans have none.

And in fact the effectiveness of Ion weaponry against AT-ATs is unknown- they might not quite be brand new, but they are pretty new, for sure.

Nah, you'll never be able to shift those onto the planet; emplaced weaponry is huge and needs serious technical attention.

Not to mention that it is much, much harder to buy.

Do we have enough resources to purchase Devices? If so, I have a few things I'd like to get... although some of it would probably have to be custom fitted. A two-schtick hazard suit, pair of custom guns, and asurvival belt would be nice, in that order of priority. O'course, I doubt that we could get our hands on those too cheaply or easily, nor smuggle them in that easily, either...

And as to things for hte plan, everything I've come up with has already been posted by someone else, and been okay'd, or shot down...

Dangerous enough, for sure.

And AT-AT's are a fearsome spectre, Kaliero. In The Empire Strikes Back you only see a small speck of their abilities...

Their forward cannons are effectively anti-starship quality, they can carry a few hundred stormtroopers and a Star destroyer would have difficulty busting their armor...

And the list goes on, and on, and on...

Yeah, *I* know what it stands for Allies, obviously, I was just remidning people of the first two letters in response to the claim that they would perform badly in the jungle.

I doubt you would find a Star Destroyer can't crack it, though.
