USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

I will go for the last time then, at least until the city is in our hands.

Is there no way I can learn the details of Lanzar`s recent history?

General Coll will give the orders for the Army to advance as soon as the Commissar is done with his dealings in Lanzar City.

General Coll would like that to be around mid-day, preferably sooner.

Could Arvus use his probe to watch Lyle's meeting? Would there be any point to that?

I think we agreed to advance before mid-day, perhaps earlier. How long will it take for enemy to find out that army is moving towards Lanzar City?

By the way Coil, you are not the one giving orders yet, I think.

As I have been placed in charge of the advance on the City, I was pretty sure that the initial orders to begin the march were down to me, as long as there were no objections from anyone else.

Perhaps you are right, then wait for my permission.

We'll see what Ush says, you filthy politician. 😛

Liar! I am always clean... 😉

Coll, if you want to order them to advance then they will advance. You don't need to refer that to anyone; they'll obey you.

You simply have to consider your own consequences related to who you do not consult- be that Atar, the Commodore or the Commissar.

Arvus- yes you can. Lyle, any specific preparations?

Hmm. Consulting Atar and the Commodore would be a good idea then. I'm sure the Commissar isn't entirely against an advance. 😉

It is still early morning, right? I suggest you start advance in several hours, around 10 PM. But I will give a confirmation.

I think the implication is that he's not going to tell you, Melkor. That right, Coll?

If there is nothing interesting happening on Victorious, I am going to Lanzar City for the last time.

Hmm...

I would like to consult Atar and Nidar regarding the advance of the Army, to see what they have to say.

If nothing they say is against the march or does not affect when the march starts, then step-off time will be 11:00 PM.

Can I perhaps get some sort of credit line from a central-world bank, just in case I need to prove my credentials?

I'm aware this would take some time - in which case, I'm willing to spend up to an hour of the day doing so - setting up an account and the like. Would it take a lot longer than that?

Basically, Lyle, you would have no official help in this so you would have to fraud it, which would take longer than you have.

The Commissar's shuttle is going down; anyone going with him?

---

Atar is for it. He thinks standing around invites disaster, and that he'd rather face the political consequences than the wrath of the Emperor for being late. Put like that, Nidar agrees.

"How are you going to convince the Commissar?" he asks.

Well, didn`t I basically agree with the time Coil proposed?

I can arrange for some aid for Lyle if there is a need...

"I was unaware that the Commissar disagreed with my decision?" General Coll says to Nidar.

"If you are not intending to change anything, why are you consulting me at all?"

"Just to reassure myself," Coll says, with a smug grin.

"However, we need aircover. Lord Vader will not allow me to question him on the matter."
