General Coll probably will have ranted that at the Commanders, but then realizese that he will probably have to run it through General Lomax before anything gets done.

"Nevermind, thank you for your reports, gentlemen," General Coll says to the commanders, then gives them leave to return to sleep.

He will then try to meet with General Lomax.

Yes you did! Though hard to tell if it was obligatory.

Lomax will talk to you, Coll, sure.

"General Lomax," General Coll greets, stepping into his...tent? What's Lomax doing for lodgings?

He has a large pre-fabricated General's quarters that have been built for him.

I will join the conversation with Lomax if possible.

"I have a request to make, or an advisement, if you will," General Coll says. "It seems that the Raptors were completely unable to cause any significant damage to the scout walkers. Might I suggest putting AT-STs as patrol units instead of stormtroopers? And perhaps speeder bikes to assist."

"Well, what do a few trooper losses matter?" asks Lomax.

"Indeed, General Coil`s advice seems reasonable. I already informed your Commanders that I would like to see a report concerning measures taken to avoid further such losses."

"A few?" Coll asks, raising an eyebrow at Lomax. "We lost 1000 men, Lomax. A few is less than five. Our army is large, but tossing away soldiers is a waste and a disaster. I'm not sure what happened tonight with the wildlife, but it could happen again, for all we know. We do not need another thousand men killed fighting the wildlife."

Ush is it ok if Janthis came with Coll to the landing site?

"General Lomax, we are here to achieve victory. I have a simple question for you: Does the death of each soldier eaten by those beasts brings us closer to victory or farther from it?" -Melkor gives Lomax a very stern look.

"They're job is to die for the Emperor. What do you expect if we are kept sitting here? we know the jungle is dangerous. I have secured the landing site as requested. We should now be pushing forwards!"

"You didn`t answer my question, General. I thought it was simple enough."

Well if Janthis is there he will be moving around the camp talking to various troopers trying t oget an account of the morale right now

"It's irrelevant! We could lose half the trooper force and still win without effort. But the cause of the losses is the delay in moving. So long as we sit here we'll lose more men. It can't be helped!"

"I will have the column move forwards when the time comes for it, Lomax," Coll says, narrowing his eyes at the incompetent General. "That is not your worry. Your worry is keeping this landing site secure and preventing a death toll such as we saw today. I want to go into Lanzar City with full force, not half an army."

"Well, if you want to ignore my points....." -Commisar intensifies his icy stare on Lomax, trying to make him lose his calm.

"Of course our victory is inevitable, considering Empire`s resources, but there are degrees of victory. His Majesty won`t be just satisfied by any victory, he wants Lanzar to fall quickly, and you must know that siege of the city will require some effort.

But you think that all he wants is for his followers to die in his name... Perhaps I should repeat your words to the Emperor, he is likely to be amused... or not" -Melkor`s faint smile turns pretty dark quickly.

"You see, everyone has place in the Imperial Order, Stormtrooper as well as the General. Of course, everyone of us should be uttetly dedicated to our great cause, but dying is still most often a waste. I am sure you are as eager to give your life in the service of Emperor as the lifes of your soldiers, am I wrong?"

"Well, very well, if the Commissar insists... I shall move such forces to the perimeter."
