USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

You can do whatever you like as regards to Drakkon.

How about Nidar`s reaction, Ush? I was hoping to gain a possible ally in him....

Pretty neutral, and since his naval solution was originally overruled that's an uphill struggle.

12 hours.

"How long how you have been working with Atar, Commodore?" (I am trying to determine how good is their relationship)

Hmm, but if he wants to make a career, I can certainly help with my influence, right? And if this Taskforce is supposed to last for some time, I would certainly prefer him no to do anything against me.....

So he agrees that if anything goes wrong it will be General Coll who takes the blame, and perhaps Atar? I will make clear that I will report him in favorable light to the Emperor.

Ush, I didn`t notice any significant errors Nidar made so far?

Actually, I have forgotten that this ungrateful bastard owns me a favor, because it was through MY decision that Nidar is Commodore. And I chose him instead of more experienced Captains Trebeis and Jarek, the fact which I can kindly remind him of.

And it was Vader who ordered deployment of troops to the planet, I haven`t decided between the options at that time, as I was waiting until we understand the political situation more. It was Nidar`s fault that he couldn`t convince Vader to follow his orbital bombardment plan.

Can Arvus route a request for a shuttle through the Commissar?

Otherwise, Arvus plans to just go in the troops, landing the Needle in the jungle and setting the defenses up against the wildlife.

I think going in with the troops will probably be our best bet for this, really...so yeah.

Arvus, Ush said shuttle is no problem.

And shuttle should be easier, since you won`t be landing in the starport.

They can set down wherever in the City, preferably at range with the anti-air guns...

As long as the shuttle doesn't get too close to the Guild Hall it should be okey. Althought if you land in part of the Guild Hall which is not taken yet, you might encounter many Osokans which are heading for the sectors where the battle began.

That's the general idea...

If you want, Rylis and Arvus, you can lend a hand in defending the artillery units...

Atar will point out an objection to orbital insertion via shuttle.

You don't have any air cover.

But if they land with the army, wouldn`t AT-AT serve as air-cover? And who is going to attack them in space at this point?

"The Rebels?"

"I doubt that they will leave the city at this point. And if they ascend to orbit our Tie-Fighters will deal with them. But perhaps our special personnel would prefer to go in their own spaceships." -Commisar implies that he doesn`t care that much as they do something.

Ush, Observation roll- how does the relationship between Atar and Nidar seem to look like? And I assume that Atar is pretty neutral towards me as well?

There seems professional. Atar gives little away.

"They'll be vulnerable once in the atmosphere. And they may be lading in an area not yet secured by AT-STs. We don't have the fighters to cover them."

"Well, I am sure that THEY know what they are doing. Especially Agent Lyle."- Commisar ends the discussion here, indicating that he leaves it to the people directly concerned.

Ush, what are Atar`s predictions for the battle? Also, I wonder if my Ally actually knows Nidar, because they are both from infuential families...

He thinks the Imperials will win.

And no, afraid not. Big Galaxy.

10 hours.

Hey, I know that Imperials will win, I was hoping for some insight! Is Atar actually doing anything?

Ok, it this goes badly someone will pay, Esgabath has done his part. Commisar will drink some wine to improve his mood, finish his healing and get some sleep before the battle. My Aide should wake me if anything relevant happens.

Has anyone else noticed that the Rebels can all outfly us?

Anyway, I suggest we just land outside the walls, and then perhaps split up to find Drakkon.

When will the army reach the city?
