Not really, no.

Ush I just realized something I have the Heavey weapons skill.

I was wondering what kind of HEavey Weapons I could get

I know Rockets would be there but anything else?

It's all much of a muchness, really.

Speaking of heavy weapons, Rylis is pretty good with that too...

So I guess lots of blowing things up?

I'm asking for some confirmed ones though. I'm not to up to date on EU so before I just kind of made one up I just wanted to kind of get a feel for what I could use.

And maybe some that would be very helpful in this battle.

Just remember Newjak, I'm bringing a a heavy weapon with me because I can toss it away and use my 2 pistols whenever I don't need the heavy weapon anymore. You use a rifle as far as I know, and if your in a situation when you need a rifle, such as if your enemy is charging at you, you would preety much be screwed. You won't have enough time to take a rifle away from one of the stormtroopers as well...

Concussian Rifle, thats the one Jaiden is taking with him.

Guys, what do you think you would be doing right now if you were a bunch of Rebel Terrorists? It is always good to anticipate the moves of the enemy..... Though they don`t have means to threaten our artillery, right? It is protected by AT-ST and infantry, perhaps even AT-AT for unlikely aerial attack?( though I doubt that this ship we destroyed is coming back).

How they can secure the aproach to the city? Perhaps traps of some kind? Ush, would staff like mundane well-concealed pits be an issue? Though we didn`t encounter anything like this during the march so far?

Of course I will be using Atar`s Warfare skill for my concerns, since I don`t have any.

Another issue- is it likely that Drakkon will send men to attack us outside the city walls when our soldiers try to get past the shield?

A Heavy Weapon can be pretty much whatever you want it to be, Janthis. Notable heavy weapons used by the Imperial infantry include:

- The PLX-2M Portable Missile System, the standard rocket launcher

- The DC-17m Anti-Armor, a rocket launcher from the Clone Wars

- The Stouker Concussion Rifle, a gun that launches concussive energy blasts and nasty shockwaves; I believe Jaiden is using one

- The BlasTech portable cannon, which is basically a very large blaster rifle designed for explosions as opposed to accuracy

- The Golan Arms FC-1 Flechette Launcher, it fires a volley of tiny projectiles that explode like grenades, releasing a cloud of superheated shrapnel

- The Railgun, which uses magnetism to launch explosives; I believe Arvus mentioned to me he was using one

So yeah, that's all Imperial stuff. There's other stuff that gets out there a little, like Geonosian Elite blasters and various other random rocket launchers. You could even come with something of your own tastes, or rip off another sci-fi world, such as bringing in the rocket launcher from Halo or something...

It's all a matter of style, since the rules for every Heavy Weapon are the same.

And personally, Jaiden, I wouldn't throw away your weapons on the field. You'll need them. ALL of them...

And as for Esgabath's suggestions...

I do not see the point of having a reserve force. It would only detract numbers from the other four forces, and probably would not be all that effective in serving as backup. Coll's mentality is that we are victorious or we lose everything.

If the Osokans coming to keep us out of the shield are a worry, then we'll send in the AT-STs first. They don't quite having anything that will take them down.

And if the AT-STs being used as 'bullet shields' is not quite satisfactory, I can't think of anything else that will serve better. They're durable and resistant to blaster fire, they need rocket launchers to take these things down. They don't have those.

And Ush already commented on the other stuff...

Okay, Coll, enough for Commisar`s suggestions then..... And I propably pissed off Atar as well with asking so many questions. The problem is that Esgabath doesn`t like to put too much trust in others, but he sometimes knows when to shut up. :

Don't worry, Coll would be entirely lost in the political game. Coll and Esgabath have their different strongpoints.

Thank You Rex

After many thoughts I've decided that Janthis will be using The Golan Arms FC-1 Flechette Launcher. Having little bits of hot metal tearing through the pigs flesh will be awesome.

Okay, is everyone ready for the battle?

I still have one question Ush was I able to get my stormtroopers equiped with gernades?

Sudden delay = player action. Watch this space.

I'll watch it intently.

One hour remaining.

And you have two hostile ships on scope, high above the army.

"Hail them and demand that they leave Lanzar airspace at once," Coll orders to Lieutenant Bast. "Gunner, prepare to shoot them down."

Coll clicks a button his command podium.

"This is General Coll ordering all Armored Transports to target the incoming hostile craft. Wait for the order to fire."

They aren't closing.
