Nidar's reply is simple- he'll hold General Coll accountable for the state of his troops at all times. But due to the presence of Rebels on the planet, he wants immediate readiness for invasion.

I will I have been going over all the files we have on Lanzar running through troop formations but I guess I can also get them ready it seems like a trust worthy tactic. 😄

Hmm. Osokans are close combat specialists and you are expected to advance through a jungle environment. Not good.

That said, they are most ikely to defend the city itself... which means even MORE close quarters work. Terriffic.

You will want to keep your men VERY tight together, It seems the Osokans have little in the way of heavy weaponry that would require dispersal, so that being the case, you are going to need concentrated overwhelming force to overcome their warriors.

Rex, I mean people on the advance team. Bit silly if it's just me all alone.

I'm still here 😛

If there's anything else you want to find out (nothing's really coming to mind for me), I think we should have Rylis ask it...put her reputation to use, since she's going to be recognized anyway.

*I just got back here. I've been a little busy with a bunch of stuff. I'm also going to be busy with other stuff every day except for Mondays and Fridays until mid-March.
I'm not sure what's going on, even though I did read the pages I missed. Can I get a quick recap to better explain what happened?*

(Not much, Nidar has somehow received the information that Rebels are on Lanzar, Esgabath is having him hold on the blockade, and I'm having issues with Nidar regarding the troops being on alert for too long, because then they start to slack off...)

(And Lana, go for it; if you can make good use of your bounty hunting reputation, a wanted man would cower in fear and tell you anything you want to know...)

Once Trebeis relays the information, Coll will sigh before resigning his efforts and go tell his men to be on alert.

"Gentlemen!" General Coll will announce as he enters the barracks area of the Star Destroyer. "Be on alert, and ready for invasion! Anyone slacking will be punished! According to the Commodore, there are Rebel terrorists on Lanzar, and we are to apprehend them if possible, obliterate them if necessary! You know how these things are. Be prepared!"

Well then. That's two and... a half? We should find out about the shield generator, then. How easy will it be to find it, Ush?

Lana, KingDubya, could you ask more questions about the political situation, like how popular is Drakkon among the general public, and if he has any major opponents? And how much they hate Empire?

(sounds good to me!)

"Now, we need some info." Rylis says. "And it would probably be in your best interests to help us. Just answer a few questions for us, and we shall leave you be. If you know anything about Drakkon and the general feeling towards him, it would be very helpful. Also, if you have heard any reports about Rebel terrorists being here, that would also be very helpful."

(asking the S&V people in general....let's see if I can get us any info!)

anyone wann atake form there precious time to give me a recap?

You don't need recapping. Nothing has happened to you. The Commodore Nidar wants to speak with you.

Very suitable avatar and Signature, Lana!

Narrik walked off to where he was wanted he walked over to Commadore Nidar was. "You wanted to see me Commadore?" he asked after saluting.

Ok, having not received any information about it, you may not ask questions about Rebel terrorists.

Secondly, this is not a good place to get political information from. These people don't care.

Thirdly... I think it is a good idea to maintain continuity with what you were talking about earlier, if you want to throw Intimidation into the mix.

-

"Squadron Leader," says Nidar. He has your file with him. "Your record seems to be impressive enough. Do you think you can handle this situation?"

Well, seems like it'll just be me trying to find out about the Osokan's shield generator... How easy will that be to find?

I seriously advise against doing anything that will reveal our presence as imperial agents, especially if we want to find the rebels.

.....oh, fine then.....I'll see if I can think of anything else.

You should have directed this question towards Osokans, Rylis.

The Osokans wouldn't be scared, Melkor.

Not only would they not be scared, but they'd probably try to eat her...

Well, she could try diffrent aproach with Osokans. Maybe ask an Osokan merchant about Drakkon and his opponents.

You could also check the state of local military and city defences.
