Well, my strength in questioning people is that I get bonuses on rolls when talking to people who're criminals, because of my reputation. Otherwise, I'm no better than the others, and I doubt Osokans are going to care if I'm a bounty hunter or not.

You can go out to find the generator, but it seems the public are not allowed near it. It is in the centre of the city.

How difficult would it be to gain access - what's the security like around it?

You'd need an army to get in.
