USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Imperial Thread

Is there a way we could check this guy for any bounties he might have on him?

Nah, no bounties on Drakkon. Osokans don't get out and about enough to attract such things.

I think he means Mr. Unwilling Information Source.

Oh! Afraid not.

"Well, thank you for your time...now give me one reason why I shouldn't make your neck perform a three-sixty right here and now..." Arvus snarls.

(So guys, any deas on how to get close to Drakkon?)

Drakkon is inside the Guild Hall, protected by his Hunters and, for that matter, a fair few Senatorial Guards, because the Senators are there also.

Getting to see Drakkon will be pretty easy- Melkor could just ask for it and bring all of you. But that doen't really get you much.

"There's law! Even on this world!" your man protests.

Don't push it too far guys. We don't want to be arrested.

What exactly are the laws on civilian combat on Lanzar, Ush?

You have no idea at all. You suspect their form of justice is a plank with a nail in it.

"Somehow you think that I worry about the law," Arvus says, before kicking the man in the gut. "You told us all you know?"

He nods, frantically.

Arvus thinks to a moment, stroking the side of the man's face with the barrel of his bowcaster.

"How about the Lodge leaders? Who's Drakkon's biggest threat? And if you don't know, you can tell us who does..."

(in case people are edgy about slow play, it's because we are waiting for those silly old Rebels to get their act together. No discipline or organisation, see?)

Actually, he doesn't know any ore there. As I mentioned before, these guys only know about the trade. None of them know about internal Osokan politics.

(Now that's funny, we're supposed to be the undisciplined team with their own Psycho Brigade...)

"Fine." Arvus kicks him in the stomach, then slings his bowcaster over his shoulder before pushing him back in the direction of the bar. "Get out of here, and tell no one, or you'll see us again."

"You enjoyed that." Rylis stated once the man was gone. "Interesting, though. Drakkon seems to think he can stand against us."

"And Drakkon is nothing more than a barbaric swine," Arvus says. "And yes I did. It's been awhile since I got to get in the face of my opponent. Somehow, I hope that changes."

"Barbaric, and a fool...not to mention that it is certain that he has angered someone with his actions." Rylis replies, putting away her blaster. "And somehow, I do not doubt that it will."

"Good. I like seeing my victim's fear. Stealth is useful, but sometimes...that feeling..." Arvus falls quiet for a moment. "Should we report back to Esgabath? Anyting we need to do beforehand?"

"I do not think there's anything more we'll be able to learn; all the humans here are fools who don't seem to know anything beyond what will benefit them, and I don't particularly feel like trying to interrogate an Osokan. At the very least, they're not going to give a damn who we are. Hopefully the other two will have been able to find out about city defenses and the shield generator." Rylis says.

"Somehow, I doubt it. Imperial Agents have their uses, but Karn isn't the type who gathers information...should we go see the generator for ourselves?"
