"Indeed, please take your men outside, Commander Jaden." -Melkor decides that the time for showing-off is over.
"I am honored to finally meet you personally, Senator Andran, if your negotiations went as well as you claim, your diplomatic skills exceed even your reputation. Please forgive the interruption, but no one came to greet us, which was surly an oversight."- Esgabath appears to be courtesous, but there is some subtle sarcasm in his behaviour that good observer might spot. He tries to recognize anyone with Andran, are there other Senators in this chamber?
OOC: I shall post more tomorrow.

Okidokey. Well, all the walking and talking and so on has taken time.HOUR 3
No currently pressing matters
Atar's office is dark, but on the holoscreen he seems to be running over strategic optiosn, and working hard. The colours of the strategy readouts dimly illuminate the room with a cascade of colours.
Atar has his back to you as you enter, Janthis, but another Commander, with a pitiless expression, is staring at you.
"Good day, Commander," says Atar, not turning. "This is Commander Travis, my senior troop leader."
Yes, you can see everything just fine, Lyle, and no-one has seen you. You can see the guard at the front racing off after Arvu, though Osolans are not known for their sprint starts.

No other Senators you can spot, Melkor.
"No oversight," says Andran, signing a couple of papers, still quite some distance from you; he speaks loudly to be heard. "It;s simply that we're not going to waste time and stop working to form a welcoming committee just because a small army turns up on our front door. We have much to do."
Jaiden, you don't feel comfortable with leaving these guy's sides. You know full well that you are responsible for their safety, as far as the military is concerned. Besdies, you are a ranking officer.

"I understand you made a request to my office earlier about task force alert status," says Atar. "You must have been checking things quite carefully to have noticed; the alert status was not specifically flagged up to your vessel."
"It it isn`t just an "Army", Senator. This is the Imperial Army, which is the foundation of the Empire as much as the Imperial Senate. It was the sacrifice and dedication of those brave soldiers, like General Coil and Commander Jaden who came here with me, that saved the Senate and entire galaxy during the Clone Wars. I feel nothing but pride towards our mighty army, and I consider it shameful that even some of the most respected and experienced members of the Senate have such attitude towards it. If Drakkon has accepted the Imperial Order as you claim, he should have nothing to worry about our presence." -Melkor comes close to Andran(he is tall, so may tower over him), appearing to be confident if slightly disappointed and embarassed.
"But if we can return to important matters, could you show me the agreement you signed with Drakkon? I would also like to speak with other Senatorial members of the Senate Mission, where can I find them?"
"Yes, I am sure your service to the state is extremely appreciated," says Andran, drily. "But the presence of troops here is disruptive to my mission and so do not expect me to extend appreciation, or respect, in person.
"In the meantime, my two partners on the Senatorial delegation are currently fully occupied with the business of the day, having had little warning of your approach. Would you care to make an appointment?"
Jaiden, much as you love your men, you wouldn't trust them to flag an alert in time- you want to personally stay with the Commodore and General yourself.
As to where you position your men outside- there is plenty of room.
Oh yeah, there will be some underling, though unless you buy one as an Ally, he won't be particularly good. Good enough to keep track of things.
"Oh, I'm sorry," says Andran, "but unless you are in contact with the respective Homeworlds of the Senators, then all appointments with the delegation have to be approved by myself.
"I think they should have a clear schedule by, say... tomorrow afternoon?"
