Originally posted by Kid KurdyI think it's more of a personality issue more than anything else as to why he was chosen to be the new juggernaut. I don't understand the big deal. Colossus was already very strong, and now he's even more stronger, and everybody is going crazy.I just don't get it. I think it's a lame idea, they should have chosen somebody else.

Hes not evil, if you read the comic he was very loyal to cyclops at the end, he is still part of the xmen,
Cain was never Darkseid. Cytorrak wants destruction and chaos in his name. You can't use that line of thinking to argue he didn't get the full power.
I still don't understand the problem people have with that showing. Colossus came off great. He might not have been as powerful as Cain but he was still kicking his ass. His ferocity, damage soak and unstoppable enchantment overcame his other disadvantages.
The classic Juggernaut was never the strongest guy on the planet, and the myth that he was always invulnerable without his force field is just that, a myth. The injuries Colossus suffered might have been more extreme than we're use to but it's hardly a bad showing as his healing factor was highlighted in compensation and Cain has been hurt by a lot less powerful forces.
