Thor has only had a bad showing against Cyclopsnix so far . Against the raw , naked complete Force itself , he had a pretty good showing even though he eventually lost(but not without giving the PF a run for its money) . Not to mention that he caused it to flee in one of their initial encounters .

In this universe, Tony went public and shared his secrets with the world. Many of the heroes we know from Earth 616 never came to be or perished as a result of that somehow. Magneto grew in prominence and was eventually targeted by several heroes who assembled to stop him. One such hero was Thor, lord of Asgard (in his father's absence). In the scene above, he was ambushed by Magneto, but he later recovered from it. Tony Stark eventually created some colossal suit of armor and was able to finally overthrow Magneto, ending his reign.
