What happened before and after this?

The "Iron Giant" that distracted Thor was Stark's remote giant Iron Man suit. Stark blasted the hell out of Magneto, grabbed him, crushed his mag shields like an egg, but spared his life at Thor's request. It was a pretty cool issue actually. I have it around somewhere.

Can somebody tell me what's going on at DC? They've been virtually non existent (popularity wise) since the reboot.
Not quite. Even since the reboot, DC's sales have consistently been within 2-3% of Marvel's, and vice versa. In fact, last month 7 of the top 10 grossing comics were published by DC:

So you could realistically say that DC comics are more popular than Marvel comics in that respect.

Anyway...

Wolverine one shots Kid Gladiator with a pressure points, stating he's studied to kill pretty much everything in the Universe including Strontians.

God that is lame. Marvel really need to just stop doing this crap with their characters.

Yeah I surfed Google and found that same article right after my post. Hard to see Bruce, Clark & friends ever fall off.
Just so much Marvel talk lately.

🙄

If it was Batman or Karate Kid you'd be stroking it, but it's Wolverine so you have to act indignant instead.

I would have used the same words for batman. KK gets away with them because he is a walking PIS device.

Only on this site. Other sites seem to cherish whats currently happening from what I've read. Hence the high sales & anticipation for future upcoming issues.
