Russia had retreated burned their own crops and destroyed their on supplies the further they retreated it was a smart ploy they knew what would happen when winter hit.
Same thing that happened to Napolean when he tried it. That was definitely one of Hitler's most devastating mistakes.
Japan might have been waiting but it wasn't like Japan was a powerhouse past their navy. Their troops weren't exactly the best plus they had very limited resources to work with.
The winter helped stop Germany a little more so than the Russians but that's because Hitler took Stalin by surprise(Which was his only way on winning).Once they got bogged down in Stalingrad and Stalin had time to recover that was it.
At the end of the day Russia could afford to lose millions of people to Hitler's hundreds of thousands why, because Stalin had millions more in reserve getting put in their.
Germany on the other hand was effective because they were a highly trained military with highly trained soldiers. The problem is during a war if you lose one of those highly trained soldiers you don't have time to replace them with other highly trained soldiers. So every German soldier lost was a much bigger hit to Germany than it was for Russia to lose a couple of soldiers.
Also Russia is a big country with a lot of resources so they can churn weapons and vehicles out faster than Germany can.
So when Stalin lost millions he just went around the corner grabbed the next batch put something in their hand and said go forth.
The thousands the Germans lost were a much bigger blow cause they couldn't reproduce the quality they were losing at the rate they were losing it so much so that the German army by the time Russia made it Berlin was just a husk of it's former self.

complex tryna give us a hint ok bro you got it.
Hilter was impatient imo. He had many flaws even though he was brilliant just like Napolean.

Japan would have bombed them. Then dropped Godzilla on Moscow.
Except Godzilla was created from Nuclear tests therefore he didn't exist during WW2 😛

Yeah if Britain fell and it was just Russia vs even if it was just a battle of attrition Russia would have lost sooner or later just a matter of time. Japan and German would have had unmatched air supremacy. It would be target practice.
Yeah they weren't as good but like everything else they could churn them out faster and more of them than Japan and Germany put together.

Air superiority isn't about numbers.
Also Jude Law would snipe German planes out of the skies 😄
