Thor's "average" is infinitely more impressive than Krillen, who never really did anything in DBZ outside of provide comic relief. His high end showings obliterate DBZ characters.
Even his trump card, Destructo Disk, gets stopped by Thor. Hell, you'd be hard pressed to prove it would do more than just give him superficial cuts/slashes if Thor tanked it outright.

It doesn't have to be planet busting. We know that Saiyan Saga Vegeta was capable of destroying a planet and his power output would not even tickle black hair Goku during the Frieza Saga. Now if you think Thor can tank a planet busting blast then you are smoking some major cocaine.

Hell, we know that the physical might of the strongest Z Fighters, which have busted mountains or crushed platues or small islands, effect the elites. Mjolnir does that shit in spades. So does Thor's bare fists.
Mjolnir's physical properties alone would mess the holy hell up out of Goku and the gang.
The only real "point" you can do is attempt to apply DBZ's powerscaling and just extrapolate your little fanboy heart out while in the same breath trying to downplay or outright lowball Thor.

He didn't "tank" a planet destroying blast. He was already basically dead from the likes of Goku.
Um, no. Even in the Buu saga, that's how strong their physical might was topping out as. And those blows were strong enough to effect them. And Thor's physical might has always been on that level.
Who destroyed an entire solar system in one go? Because if you're referring to Majin Buu, he was teleporting from planet to planet, blowing them up along the way.
