Ugh. Terrible. How did Doom overcome the hammer's enchantment? Even if someone lifts it using an external mechanical unit or some kind of gravity manipulation, it wouldn't grant you its power. Only the Worth can wield it. He didn't use ANY of it's mystical powers I guess but Mjolnir as a blunt force being enough to stomp the Avengers, X-men and all of Earth's heroes? Well, I'm a Thor fan so I'm not going to complain but whatever.
And regarding the Silver Surfer. Taking his board doesn't grant you the Power Cosmic (Unless it's a recent occurrence) so why would ramming Doom with it, even with a massive cheap shot, make a difference?
So much bad, it feels like a What If. See people, ANYTHING can happen in a comic.

Doom, and many other much more noble souls have tried and failed to lift the hammer.

Only one but he has a shit load of guest appearances. I recommend you read the new Jason Aaron comic though. It's up to #15 and is pretty good. The first arc alone is worth it.
So Jason Aaron found his groove in a Thor book huh? Cool beans. His Hulk run never really caught stride so it's good to see that he can write a good Thor tale. Weird how some guys are mediocre-terrible when writing certain characters but can hit it out of the park with others.

He also found his groove when he was writing Ghost Rider.

Looks like some sort of dream sequence or made-up story he is telling someone.

At first I thought it was written by Loeb 😂
It's beyond awesome.
