nice twisting the entire fight. shang chi was getting the best of gorgon and actually effecting him. the only reason gorgon beat him like that was because of his healing factor, if it wasnt for the healing factor he would lose.

I don't even see where the healing factor even came into play, as he just straight up tanked all of Shang-Chi's attacks with his innate durability. Not to mention that is a ridiculous distinction to make as a healing factor is part of Gorgon's innate power set. It's like saying Shang-Chi was only doing so well because of martial arts.
Also, it seems that Gorgon was pacing himself or something as he came off unusually restrained here. Either way, it's clear Shang-Chi is no match despite the power-up when Gorgon gets serious.

go and read some comics if you dont know gorgon has a healing factor. he did not tank the attacks as we see from each attack he was hurt and specially the chi one. however gorgon has healing factor and the writer doesnt need to write everytime he heals "Gorgon is healing now". the writer estimates that we know by now that gorgon can heal because thats part of his abilities.

gorgon was not holding back he just didnt want to use the stone stare because he wanted to beat shang in a fight. if you take away the stone stare as a holding back then gorgon is always holding back? if you take the stone stare into account then yes gorgon should beat any street and meta.
