Why the comics are bending over backwards for a specific group of people who aren't even buying them and who are universally just the worst is beyond me.
a). They're the loudest
b). Many writers [you'd be surprised] aren't pandering - that's just them, writing their own agendas.

Of all the stuff I've seen posted as regards "sjw" stuff, that is by far the single worst example.
I'm the first to admit that I can be prone to hyperbole, but that is the one panel of all of them that legitimately made me feel a little sick inside. Wonder Woman is everything a woman can be. Strong, intelligent, beautiful, generous and warm, and they show her wearing a ****ing HIJAB.
Literally disgusting.

Sorry, not Nail...I meant the combination of Nail and Piccolo. When they combined, where did it take them at power wise?
That said, I'd put 'Nailccolo's' PL between 1.5-1.8m, judging by his showings against these forms.

At one point Wonder woman was routinely bound up and tied to chairs and whatnot cause her creator was into polyamory and being tied up in his private life, and the lasso compelling someone to tell the truth being a manifestation of his profession as one of the creators of the polygraph, but displayed in his own kink. A hijab is hardly cause for an outburst, in fact the concept seems like something she would understand if not embrace wholeheartedly (in some incarnations more so than most)

Wonder Woman is currently in the most literal sense the absolute antithesis of the hijab. She's a symbol of women empowerment, and the hijab stays at the opposite end.
You literally couldn't be further away from the truth.

😐
What Philo said, also.

The only "conflation" is that they are both things that exist in the comic because a writer wanted them to, as concepts they aren't the same.
You just said there's nothing wrong with her wearing a hijab, because her origins include bondage and the lasso of truth. Those two concepts aren't related, as you yourself atest.
This line of yours:
A hijab is hardly cause for an outburst, in fact the concept seems like something she would understand if not embrace wholeheartedly
Is literally the worst misrepresentation of Wonder Woman I've seen.

@ Phil(why can't I quote what you say lol) you're right. Some of the shit being spewed in these comics cannot be faked, you have to truly believe it to put it in print. My question then becomes why are these writers being seeked out and why is editorial deciding this is the best way to represent the company as a whole?

Pretty much dependent on your feelings towards hijabs.
You're joking right? I've been to the Middle East, and i've seen some of the shits that happen to women there. The Hijab, no matter how these useless liberals and SJW's wants you too believe is no shape in form empowering.
I actually saw a disfigure women near a police station once, when we ask the Afghan police what happened, they claimed she was unfaithful to her husband because she allowed other people to see her face.
Her husband divorced her, toss her and the kids out. She now lives by begging and being shun by her villagers.
SO any moron that says the Hijab is empowering to women, i'll gladly call them out on there bullshit.
