Karnie is physically better than Captain America & Co (he is an enhanced human like Wolverine) but his fighting abilities, besides the one to find the weak points, aren't that high.

Cap is enhanced, too. The peak human thing is bs and most writers realize it. And even if we stick to it, being peak human in all areas = superhuman, as that's impossible.
Every Inhuman is supposed to be enhanced, but that's usually forgotten... some writers wanted mutants to be the same, btw. Anyway, enhanced attributes aren't that cool when your immune system sucks. Secondhand smoke, exhaust fumes, catching a cold... anything can kill Karnie.
