EDIT: In case you meant story-wise. Like I mentioned, it's a clone body of Peter Parker that he created using his own DNA (to prevent it from decaying). Now he has all the Spider-man powers + Ock's tentacles. His appearance is a mix of Peter and a younger Otto. He actually said that his facial features are mostly of Octavius'. Calls himself Superior Octopus. So far he's taken over NY by generating a force field around it. Spanked some Hydra agents and got Zola to make him in charge of a Hydra branch. All to get his revenge on Parker of course.
