I don't follow this stuff very closely so I don't know but when and how did She-Hulk become a high level Class 100?

Sure there is. Taking a slash from Logan with minimal damage is a good start. And in Secret Wars his body sustained less damage than the likes of Thor, Hulk, Thing, etc. from the blast from Dr. Doom that killed all the heroes.

Colossus wins a very tough battle.
