They really wouldn't be celebrating Christmas itself or the birth of Christ, Just using the same traditions that Christmas has to offer. I.e. Christmas gifts, and Christmas songs.

As an atheist, I don't celebrate the religious aspect of Christmas, but I do celebrate, with my christian family, what the holiday represents: family, love, and spending time with your loved ones.
Nah. We'd just do it because we want our kids to have new gifts. Believing in Santa is the same as believing in Jesus, at least IMO. Xmas is, to me, nothing more than a time for family and love. Thats what we celebrate: love for family and friends. Not the birthday of a 2,000 year old Jewish carpenter.
Ever think that, the atheist would celibrate christmas but not because of the birth of baby jesus? I'm Atheist. I don't beleve in the whole Jesus thing But I only celibrate to bring our family together. (And presents)
Just because you don't beleve in some baby being born, dosen't mean that you can't celibrate christmas.
Modern Christmas celebrations have little or nothing to do with Jesus. Our modern Christmas is a large number of ancient pagan practices, a few pieces of Christian traditions, and a large number of modern creations which are almost entirely secular in nature, no matter where they got their inspiration from.
Christians took over the Decemer 25th Roman holiday of Natalis Solis Invicti, festival of the birth of the invincible sun, as well as Saturnalia.
Ceterum censeo OTF esse delendam.
