Who was trying to use this feat? I always saw this danter as faster but I think once Kratos gets a hold of him he ends him.
Kratos can probably still win, just not with ease, like he would have if he were capable of deflecting lightning. That would make Dante a cakewalk.

Even if that feat existed it he wouldn't win, defiantly not with ease. Only means he'd be able to react to Dante's first strike as to block the second he'd need to move (actual movement not just react) near Dante's speed.
Kratos' only way to hit him is to get some hits in with his chained weapons, but that will not give him the fight.
