Actually he doesn't always fight with anger, he actually trained in fighting in world war II and a number of other fighting techniques. He is one of the best in hand to hand combat in marvel.

But uses it... WHEN?

He has used it to fight Ogun in the past, he has used it to fight other times in the past as well, cause I have seen it. He has attacked with anger but he has also fought with the skills that he has learnt.

Barely, just cannon fodder and hack and slash... either way his skills don't really help him match the speed of spiderman...
