Oh, I just found something. stormfront drafted Krystalin at the same time as Bloodscream. Bloodscream is way too powerful, but Krystalin should be alright... (I'm pretty sure she's from 2099) Her power is to create crystals for various purposes. The only thing that concerns me is that she can encase people in crystals, which might break the OHKO rule... Other than that, she's well under the caps.

However godly it sounds, Wendigo IS within the rules, and is in no way too ownage to take this tournament by himself. The dude is feral: He cannot think coherently enough to actually make 1000 copies of himself. He can't fly, and would not be very good at catching fliers at all. (he can jump, but that's neither accurate nor especially efficient)
If Wendigo were banned, Madrox would have to be too. Pretty much any self-copier would be. Like it or not, duplication WAS approved in round one.

Multiple Man was allowed in round one.... at the first sign of him being used for major power amping (via Super-Adaptoid, Mimic, Wendigo or ANYONE i was fully prepared to start kicking up a shitstorm.... which i must now do)
Multiple Wendigo is a single character choice...therefore limited to the no power amping/meshing rule you set out back before the drafts started...... creating even a handful of Wendigos puts that SINGLE CHARACTER above Thing in terms of strength (vastly above him in fact) and everyone here knows it!

Yes, a single choice. And he only has a single body that matters to his survival. And it is within the limits. The dupes that he makes are not "him", they are tools that he uses, nothing more. Each individual one is within the limits, and therefore acceptable.

Ok, so let me get this straight:
One character that can create an army of hundreds to thousands of flesh eating Class 75 ton strength monsters is ok.
A character that can erect forcefields capable of repelling Mjolnir, emit radiation that can incapacitate, kill, or hypnotize and take control of the mind of an opponent, as well as amp his physical strangth to counter Thor, and emit full yield nuclear blasts, is ok.
A black woman that emits a non-lethal sonic pulse that can make people dizzy or fall asleep, from prolonged exposure, is illegal.
