If I offended you Dizzle, i apologize.
Not at all. Though realizing that it would still only be slightly similar to TP... I'm gonna let you have her. (as mentioned before) You've gotten absolutely shafted with drafting characters this tournament.
And the racism thing was just funny, because it got brought up by LP earlier. After I said no when he seriously asked if I would allow Absorbing Man. That and Reggie Hudlin kicks ass.
Thanks.

Base level is well within the rules, and without Havok or any other high end cosmically powered characters in the tournament, he can not obtain living planet level powers.
Thank you.

You should. Yeah, 30 was an understatement, but Madrox's limit WAS a lot lower at that time. I'm not going to put an exact cap on it, but MM feats are not valid when arguing for Multiple Wendigo.

That was after he had absorbed power from another cosmically empowered character (He'd kidnapped Havok and used him as a generator). His base powers don't achieve those levels. Without a cosmically endowed character to act as a superconductor, he's within the limits.
Unlike Radioactive Man who can amp himself independently.
He's within the rules.

i have a cosmically powered character on my team.... you saying i only need to hit him once to push him over the limits and get him knocked out of the tourney?
