Are you still bent on having Vertigo? She was banned because her powers were said to be telepathic from at least as many sources as they were said to be sonic. The effect is the same, but telepathy in all forms is banned. She isn't nearly as powerful as these guys, but it's a matter of consistancy. ALL TP is banned, so I don't allow a telepath, even if she isn't especially powerful. Duplication IS allowed, so I allow 30 rabid flesh eaters. And yes, I mean 30. Earth X was BEFORE his massive upgrade. At the time, his limit was very low.

Whatever, I still doubt he's capable of anything even close to 1000.
The first time Jamie did anything near 1000 was a year or two later than Earth X. At the time, his upper limit was pretty low. Taking that MM means accepting his limits from that time as well.
