ok...Dr lights ok then (that "stuff" scares me though 😛 )

....but what a min he can take all the heat? like making them effectivily frozen? isnt that a one hit kill? to anyone really?

I don't think Frostbite is as powerful as current Iceman either... He won't be able to do stuff like remotely freezing brain fluid. He might make it really cold around someone, but that's not really OHKO.

Dr. Light can teleport now/again. He does so in Green Arrow #56. Same issue he says this (see attachment), can he do it or is he bluffing?

I'm saying I've never seen Frostbite remotely freeze stuff like cytoplasm. That's pretty uniquely Iceman, because he BECOMES the cytoplasm, which is part of why he's banned anyway. Frostbite's fine, tactics like that get him stepped on if they even get mentioned.

And I think he's bluffing, X. Unless he was just talking about blasting her head off, which would end in her heart not beating. He's fine, post lobotomy.

Gah, that sucks. Can he bring other people with him? I really don't wanna ban someone NOW. If he can't bring others, it's basically useless as far as OHKO goes.

Okay, just glanced at the issue. That stuff around her looks like it's solid, but it never interacts with her. He just blasts the ground and knocks her on her ass.

It's up to Diz.. but frankly even his light powers post-recovery from the lobotomy seem a little much.
