As for your other comments, such as Superman getting power from the sun. Yes, Superman did get power from the sun, does that make him a weaker person the Goku? No, no it doesn't. You want to know why? Becuase like Superman, Goku gained power by his physiology. With out the ability of Super Saiyan, he would not be as strong as he is today. And being that only Saiyan's can go super, that's the same thing of Kryptonians gaining super powers by the sun.
