I agree that Cap's pure physical stats go above the other peak humans, though let's not forget that peak human is a stat that's relative to the character. Kingpin's peak human strength and durability is a lot higher than say Daredevil or Elektra's.I disagree with the idea that Cap's can take more physical pain than Batman. He's stronger but I think Batman is faster and more skilled. Endurance is a wash since Batman moves with such efficiency that he doesn't really expend any energy, again Batman Inc. Cap also, does not tire 🙂
Finally, I think Bruce is much, much, much smarter than Captain America.
Classic Kingpin is definitely a monster, one of the guys who, by feats should be classified as superhuman even though he's obviously not cited as one. Current Kingpin's still pretty baller in terms of physique, but I really can't see Fisk not getting eventually sonned by Rogers if they were to fight (though he'd get in a good shot or two).
I respectfully disagree with the notion that endurance is a wash between the two as well as Bruce being faster than Steve. Steve is basically Bruce and Dick combined as he's got speed and agility feats which are solidly above Grayson, who's confirmed to be more agile and lithe than Bruce is. Steve's low level healing factor and metabolism also keeps him in the fight longer than normal. He tires (eventually), but at a rate far slower than his peers would. I think Bruce would tire and show signs of exhaust faster than Steve would, whose body would constantly supply the energy to keep going.
Bruce being "much smarter" is also kind of debatable depending on the context. In terms of tactics and leadership, I don't think Bruce holds a significant edge if at all. In terms of skill and combat, Steve's been repeatedly cited as the greatest combatant on the planet and skilled in every form of combat known to man. His mind also processes information faster than normal humans can and enjoys an photographic memory. I can concede Bruce's breadth of skills outside of fighting is far greater such as when it comes to science and technology and criminology, but in a fight, that doesn't really matter much, not without gadgets and other weapons or an exploitable environment.
I think the fight would start off even before Steve's glaring physical advantages become more obvious and the fight begins to gradually but undeniably slip in Steve's favor.

Captain America's endurance exponentially greater that Batman, to the point that even if we allowed for Batman to be Steve's equal in strength, speed and skill (and Cap is obviously superior on all of those categories) that Captain America would still take a solid majority. For comparison sake it would be akin to BJ Penn vs GSP. BJ starts out strong, holds his own in the first... then gets destroyed because his gas tank is terrible and he lakes the stamina to keep up a competitive pace. Is Batman's gas tank terrible? No. Is it terrible compared to Caps? Yes. Steve's body doesn't produce lactic acid. Even if the two were equals in every way but that, Cap would eventually over whelm Bruce.

Because your proposed gap between these two is obviously much more narrow as shown in feats displayed in those comics. Just saying...

Think's Batman's endurance is close to Captain America's, and asks someone else if they read comics. 😆
You. Are. A. Joke.

Cap's endurance is definitely better but IMO it won't make much a different here since one will win far before either get's too tired.
I would say that Batman is slightly faster or equals.
Agility feats are subjective and not quantifiable. Only those who are well versed at Martial Arts or gymnastics are qualified to make an intelligent judgement about this. IMO there is nothing Cap can do that Batman can't. And probably vice versa.
I can see this fight going to Steve for the majority depending on how each fights. But I think Bats can take a few with some lucky nerve strikes here and there.

Unless Cap lands those "lucky" nerve strikes first.
