Powers: Cytorrak exists as a deity with spectacular magical power. He has provided power to the titanic strength to the Juggernaut through an enchanted ruby, as well as provided indestructible bands (the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak) to Dr. Strange to use as a shield or to restrain enemies. As regards the ruby, it has withstood being thrown into orbit by the Juggernaut, as well as reentry when it was bumped out of orbit by Nova.
Stevie managed to use the Cyttorak Ruby to spectacular effects unimagined by Marko-starting with using it to blast Marko. He used it to make it so that he could monitor events far away with his computer (presumably he utilized the ruby to enable him to access the feed of security cameras), as well as using the ruby to relay a message to the East Coast using a non-operational computer on the West Coast. Furthermore, he could alter mirrors so that the original Human Torch’s flame was reflected-and enhanced-back against him. Even stranger, Stevie could animate inanimate objects, which could also turn intangible. These object included wax statues, some which resembled monsters, others that resembled Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, Cable, etc. However, the animated statues tended only to have diluted copies of the original’s abilities, and tended to move slowly.
Normal human with Green Lantern Ring enhanced abilities granting the wielder the ability to create forms and devices of green energy from their imagination, transmute materials, phase through solid objects, become invisible, fly at supersonic speeds; achieve superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, immunity to harsh environments and an ability to communicate with all known sentient species.

Note: The imprisonment within the Main Power Battery of Parallax - a yellow being composed of pure fear - created an impurity making Green Lantern Rings incapable of manipulating objects colored yellow, and the champions of the Guardians of the Universe, the Green Lanterns, susceptible to the only thing that could break their will - fear.
Due to the release of Parallax from the Main Power Battery, Kyle Rainer's ring has no such impurity and is not vulnerable to the color yellow.
The Power Ring is limited to a finite charge and must be recharged in the Power Battery when depleted.

Galactus's powers-Though he wields the immeasurable Power Cosmic (indeed, Galactus is so powerful that he must always wear his costume in order to contain his vast energies; were he ever to remove it, the energy thus released would destroy Galactus and turn him into a star), Galactus must feed off the energy of planets, without which he cannot survive. Towards this end, Galactus scours the universe seeking planets to sustain himself.
Over millions of years he has become one of the most feared beings in the universe, his vast power allowing him to lay waste to innumerable extra-terrestrial civilizations in his quest for sustenance.
