It is A word in spanish which was made derogatry when used against black people. Negro in spanish still means black - its a name of a colour, and is not derogatry in Spanish.

I already stated that NEGRO means black in spanish.

However, in SOUTH AMERICA it is often used as a deragatory term to refer to black people.

They way they called Native South Americans "CHOLO"...
South America is a country of MUCH politcal incorrectness, not to mention massive racism.

yes. it seems to many that forum etiquite should defy the boundaries of civilised discussion. thus people insult the third person. but i guess only an idiot would deduct that.

i just find that the promotion of and even leadership by example in using third person insults is cheap and weak. i would rather post at a forum which permits me to call someone an idiot, then have to follow some ingenuine, convoluted and hypocritical code of conduct where to indirectly insult is the norm while removing the pointless formal technicallity is forbidden.
unfortunately this is the norm everywhere though

Su derecho, tiene sentido que uno tendría que vivir para allí entender el factor de la carrera. Pero la cultura Latino Americana generalmente acepta muy de otros.

Eso no sorprende terriblemente porque ellos son bastante comunes en la televisión de México. Pero yo no estaba enterado que ellos fueron "preferidos".
