Risking a Ban?For what?
If you (or I) were to be banned for stating our opinions then I would never return to these forums ever again.
I've been here since 2003 and I would STILL never come back if we were to be banned, even if it was for a day or two. Hell, I'd consider leaving if we were officially warned for stating our opinions.
The concept of it is ridiculous.
But Apparently, *WE* are acting like a Superior people and we bash people who can't compare to us.
Does that sound vaguely familiar?

Seeing as the Vs. forum has been that way since it was created...yes, sounds familiar. So far, I see nothing wrong here but the fact that everyone is called out and proven wrong and they hate the person for it.
That's how the debate forum works, unless I'm mistaken.
How is "everyone" called out and proven wrong?
Generally speaking, to be "proved wrong" requires permissable proof. Unless there's a chain PM I'm missing, I fail to see how it's a group mentality at all.
Meh, exageration on saying 'everyone.'The people who are regulars here seem to be what Ush refers to. Most of the regulars tend to shun the newer folks, which I despise, because then said newer folks turn into bitchy n00bs or they leave.
Oh, well I'm certainly not advocating anything even close to that. I welcome new people to anywhere on these boards.
But in this specific case Numan was being irrational. Although, he is only 10 years old. I figured he was young, I didn't realise he was THAT young. So perhaps I was a bit more sarcastically harsh then I should have been, as were some others. But really, he was being irrational and in general just annoying. The other members kept telling him that he needed to address their points and he either refused, or just did not understand. Either way he was beatin and just kept rambling on about nothing. It is pretty frustrating to read actually. I did, and I had to respond to it.
Anyways, arguments over, in the hands of a ancient Sith, the Sith swords are as, if not more effective then a lightsaber in battle. (in some ways, mostly dueling lightsaber wielding opponents)
Now back to Yoda vs. Hord, that IS what this thread is about after all. Not whether or not lightsabers or Sith swords "pwen teh n00bs!!!!11 LOLZZZ!!111"
