But he did, didn't you see the scans or what? Besides, Cyke demonstrated his full power in the Onslaught saga, and it Koed him. That didn't happen here so I'm pretty sure that wasn't "all out"
And wasn't it stated somewhere that a wider beam is less powerful than a narrow beam?

his full power blast is pretty wide anyways, so its not that huge a deal given how close he was to the hulk and how big the hulk is...
the whole thing just screams to me though that its more about hulk getting another notch on his belt than anything...

* PIS/CIS aside, we know Cyke is a freaking surgeon with his mutant ability and a very good tactician & strategist to boot... i saw a scan where he managed to blow Hulk away while Hulk was in mid-air, i assume that gravity will be on Cyke's favor... he can also trip Hulk by blasting one of Hulk's legs/knees while is running... 😉

Cyke taking off his visor at the range he was from the hulk would definitely put a hurting on him.Knock him out i don't believe it would and given what I saw him heal from during wwh I dont believe cyke is capable of killing hulk .
