I've never seen a crybaby like Clottey. Cotto's 1st round knockdown must have really made Clottey piss his pants. He could've beaten Cotto had he concentrated on finishing him instead of whinning and crying about foul stuff that didn't happen. It also looks like Clottey thinks judo is part of boxing.

******.

Agreed. Had Clottey actually boxed the last 2 rounds, he mightve won. Only person he needs to blame is himself.

Coot vs Pacquiao on Nov. 14. That is if Pac-Man agrees. Everyone else has already.

💃 Cotto vs Pacquiao is a done deal for Nov. 14! Fking yeah! 💃

miguel cotto? isn't he a lower weight class? 😕

Manny is the smallest of the two. I believe he is a natural lightweight(135 lbs). He moved up 2 divisions to fight DLH at the welterweight division (145lbs). He then fought Hatton at junior welterweight(140lbs). Miguel Cotto is a natural welterweight.

14th November is my birthday as well! 💃

Dont know why manny was going nuts over them two punds. Crazy fight though. Manny has the speed but that dont beat shit if your opponent has 2 tools, a stif jab and a good body puncher. Cotto has both. I am curious about cottos chin though, under 147 he tended to have problems with chin shots so thats a strike. Anything could happen in this fight so I refuse to bet.

Manny is pretty strong too. he's fast and powerful. the only problem with Manny is that he's a blatant headhunter. Cotto tends to mix things up at least, although I doubt he's stronger than Manny. Cotto's chin is what i'm wondering about too at the moment. Whether or not, Antonio had stuff on his taping, he still dropped Cotto (and i lost some respect for Cotto because his second down was him just sitting down in the corner with both crossed above him...not a way you want to lose your title) and Cotto has rarely dropped an "equal" fighter within 5 rounds. Manny has.

I think cotto hits harder (albeit not by much). I think its the explosive nature of mannys punches that make them so dangerous and not necessarily strength. Cotto tends to wear them down with body punches and then finish them with the head. I like both fighters but personally I want cotto to win (just a little more) only because I think as career fighters, this loss will hurt Cotto waaay more than it will hurt Manny. I agree on the cotto vs margarito. He gassed out on the end and had nothing left in the tank. Hes the type of fighter that when hes done , "HES DONE".

IF Margacheato had plaster in his wraps, that could explain why he was so gassed. His face was real busted up.

As for this fight, Im picking Cotto. While Manny is much faster, so was Sugar Shane and Cotto was able keep up with him. Cotto's body punching will slow Manny a bit. I think Manny thinks that after DLH and Hatton, He'll be able to do the same to Cotto as many now see him as "damaged" after the Margo fight. The only difference between Cotto, DLH and Hatton, He wont be drained like DLH and hes a much better boxer than Hatton. He wont leave his head still. If anything else fails, Cotto could just slam his ass like he did Clottey! lol.

you're right about Cotto's face being busted up. there are some sites where they showed a zoomed pics of Tony's wrap's during the champion ship celebration and then compared it to the ones that were confiscated. the same blood splat was there. could be a coincidence. also Cotto's face was a bit "too" busted up for that weightclass.

personlly i dont understand the whole "damaged" thing with Cotto. his record is still good with a loss that's questionable, good victories since then and his performances have been strong since and against decent opponents. he loses one fight and everyone seems to be acting like he's washed up. he's stll young and he's already got a solid career of around 30-0-1 wth 20+KO's. that's a good record.
